It is an integral part of the culture, not just the cuisine. Thus, Italian pasta has become one of the two most popular dishes of Expo 2015 in Milan.
From bran or durum wheat, fresh or egg-based-this product has conquered the whole world. Its roots go very deep. Pasta was known in the days of great Greece and ancient China. Of course, it was different from modern technology, including cooking.
